Mosaik Real Estate is blessed to have amazing listing and buyer’s agents working all over the San Francisco Bay Area.
In this article, we provide a short Q&A with Hank Foo, who works primarily as a buyer’s agent in the East Bay and San Francisco.
Q: Where are you from?
A: Alameda, CA
Q: How long have you lived in Oakland?
A: I have lived in Oakland for a little over 2.5 years. I went to UCLA and then lived and worked down in Los Angeles for a few years, until I finally decided to move home in 2018 to pursue a career in Real estate.
Q: Why did you become a real estate agent?
A: Real estate has fascinated me my whole life. Some of my best friends also work in the industry and encouraged me to give it a shot. I’ve also always wanted to be my own boss and create my own business. This profession allows me the autonomy to do that and more.
Q: What do you think is the most interesting trend in residential real estate right now?
A: As an East Bay native, I think it’s really cool that so many of my friends from SF are finally discovering how wonderful this side of the Bay is. With the ongoing pandemic there has been a new found appreciation for more space, less traffic and an abundance of outdoor recreation.
Q: What’s a fun fact about you?
A: I was the Senior Class President in high school!
